Quantum Engineering was established in 1989, and offers Consulting Engineering Services in the disciplines of Heating, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning, Electrical, Fire Protection and Plumbing. Our projects include industrial, commercial, and institutional commissions, ranging from feasibility studies through detailed design, construction observation and commissioning.

Our office is located 7 miles south of Albany and we have performed work in New York State, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Washington D.C., Virginia, Rhode Island, and Vermont. Our clients include architectural firms, government agencies, owners, developers and Construction Managers.

We have completed many significant historic renovations, numerous educational facilities, office buildings, and health care related projects. We utilize Computer Aided Design (CAD) systems, as well as conventional methods to meet the needs and requirements of the projects.

Our staff performs all aspects of the projects, beginning with the detailed data gathering for renovation projects through construction completion. We strive to maintain continuity of the appropriate staff throughout the duration of the project. We have staff members whom each concentrate in one of the four (4) major disciplines to provide the highest level of expertise needed for the projects. We have been able to meet the schedules placed on us for each of our projects and work hard to meet the goals of the project. We maintain a system of preparing cost estimates throughout the duration of the project, which enables us to keep the projects on budget.

Quantum Engineering Co., P.C. maintains close communications with each of its clients to ensure the systems being proposed meet the needs of the client and that the client understands the operation and functionality of the system.
