Albany Law School
We are providing on-going services for several projects including:
- Provide the design for plumbing, HVAC, and electrical renovations necessary to convert office space into toilet facilities for both men and women meeting handicap requirements of the American Disabilities Act (ADA).
- Provide a 1500 ft2 in-fill office addition at the interior court yard.
- Renovate the main vestibule to create two new study/lounges.
- Upgrade the main steam boiler plant condensate return system for proper boiler water level control.
