1. Menands Manor:
The Menands Manor is a 2-story, 35,000 sq.ft. facility used as an Adult Home. The building was constructed in the mid 1800's and is on the National Historic Register. Quantum Engineering Company provided a study of the existing steam heating system with recommendations for upgrades. The study addressed system selections which would maintain the historic fabric of the building.
2. CP Center:
The CP Center, located on Manning Boulevard in Albany, NY, consists of an 80,000 ft2 facility providing day-treatment, classrooms, and physical therapy for their clients. Quantum Engineering Co. is providing Plumbing, Fire Protection, HVAC, and Electrical engineering for a 40,000 ft2, two-story addition including a swimming pool facility plus approximately 30,000 ft2 of extensive renovations to the existing facility.
