Clark Institute- Visiting Scholars Residences, Williamstown, MA

This project consisted of the renovation of a late 19th Century historic house to be used by visiting scholars at the Clark Institute.  The renovation provided seven apartments ranging in size from one to two bedrooms, on three stories, including common area living, cooking, and study spaces.  Each apartment is linked to the Clark Institutes campus network.  Q.E. provided all M/E/P/FP design and construction services.
