SUNY Cobleskill: Wheeler Hall
This project consisted of the re-lighting of 12,00 sq. ft. of classroom, laboratory and office space after the existing lighting was removed during an asbestos removal and abatement project. The new lighting consisted of surface and pendant mounted compact fluorescent and T8 lamp fluorescent fixtures with electronic ballast’s. New wall mounted infrared and ceiling mounted ultrasonic occupancy sensors control the lighting on an individual room basis, to maximize energy savings.
