Federal Courts in Upstate New York
Quantum Engineering Co. is a member of a design team responsible for Federal Court Facilities in Upstate, New York through the General Services Administration (GSA) including Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, Utica, Binghamton, and Albany.The services are provided under a five-year term agreements. The projects include master plans, feasibility studies, design services and construction observation services. Quantum Engineering Company, P.C. is responsible for all plumbing, HVAC,
fire protection, and electrical systems. To date (July 2006) we have worked on 35 different projects at these facilities and are in various stages of completion.
