Dillon Federal Court House
The projects at this 6-story building included for the following court related facilities at this 1920’s Federal Court House. Quantum Engineering Co. provided all related plumbing, fire protection, HVAC and Electrical Engineering Services.
- Renovation of the previous US Post Office space for the U.S. Marshal’s service including holding cells for prisoners in preparation for court trials.
- Preparation of a Prospectus Development Study for
the construction of an annex for new courtrooms and support spaces. The annex is proposed to be approximately 180,000 ft2.
- Provide energy lighting upgrade in the prisoner holding and basement areas.
- Renovate office area on the third floor for the Court Clerks.
- Provide design for third floor Magistrate Court Room.
- Provide design and construction phone services for a new daycare center.
