Ellis Island - Ferry Boat House
Ellis Island, NY
This project included providing steam, chilled water, domestic cold water, fire protection water, and power utilities from the north island Power House, through the historic corridor attic spaces to serve the future renovation of the Ferry Building and various hospital buildings and wards on the south side of Ellis Island. The utilities are sized to accommodate restoration projects for the various buildings.
