• Renovation of the previous US Post Office space for the U.S. Marshal’s service including holding cells for prisoners in preparation for court trials.
• Provide upgrade ofentire building HVAC system.
• Provide study for relocating U.S. District Courts to the fifth floor.
• Provide design U.S. Probation Offices on the third floor.
• Provide design for Court Clerks Office renovation on the 5th floor.
