The Projects at this 1960’s high rise building include:
- Provide design and construction services for a new U.S. District Court Room with full electronic court systems, security systems, sound, spectator areasjury rooms, judges chambers, and support spaces.
- Provide design for new Judges Chambers on the fourteenth floor.
- Provide design for renovation of two U.S. District Court Rooms on the third floor.
- Provide design services and construction phase services for the renovation of an office area into Grand Jury area.
- Provide design services and construction phase services for the Child Care Area.
- Provide design services and construction phase services for a new children’s daycare center.
