Hudson Valley Community College, Amstuz Hall
Quantum Engineering Co provided full design and construction phase services for the plumbing, HVAC and electrical systems for Amstuz Hall. The renovation of this 3-story, 30,000 sq.ft. science facility included the installation of a new 80-ton split chilled water system serving fan-coil units, an electric service up-grade consisting of a modified 2500 ampere, 120/208 volt, 3-phase service entrance switchgear, and the installation of a functional Respiratory Therapy facility with full medical gas hook-ups including oxygen, vacuum and medical air.
