This project consists of the construction of the following:
- 43,500 sq.ft. of manufacturing space for the construction and assembly of large magnets.
- 3,000 sq.ft. of office renovation
- 6,300 sq.ft. of renovated mechanical mezzanine
- 52,000 sq.ft., 2-story new office addition
- 8,000 sq.ft. of laboratory rooms
- 2,000 sq.ft. of computer room space
Our involvement includes all plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and sprinkler design for the base building systems, as well as, the fit-up including the manufacturing equipment.
