The projects at this late 20th century high-rise building included:
- Provide design and construction phase services for the U.S. Marshall’s office area and for the creation of an additional holding cell and new offices/training area.
- Provide feasibility study of several options for the creation of additional courts including additions to the existing facility as well as new free standing facilities.
- Provide design services and construction phase services for the renovation of
an office area into Grand Jury area.
- Provide design services and construction phase services for the renovation of an office area into Magistrate Court Room plus Chambers area.
- Provide constructions phase services for a new daycare center
