Our Lady of Mercy Nursing Home
The project consisted of the construction of a new two (2) story, 75,000 sq. ft., 148-bed nursing home. The facility included support functions including treatment rooms, nurse’s stations, full commercial kitchen and dining facilities, adult day care, administration offices and physical therapy facilities. Quantum Engineering Company provided the mechanical system outline specifications for a water source heat pump (WSHP) HVAC system including gas-fired boilers and an indoor closed circuit cooling tower. All major equipment’s were sized and the parameters for sizing the distribution equipment were established. |
