The project involved the electrical renovation of a 19th Century Historic Mansion overlooking the Hudson River at Annandale-on-Hudson. Our involvement included the electrical work for completely tracing all existing circuits and performing insulation tests using a megger tester. Badly deteriorated circuits were immediately taken out of service. The remaining circuits were carefully designed for replacement considering the effects to historic plaster and 1860's wall paper. The restoration of chandeliers and table lamps were addressed and a new electric service entrance was provided.
