This project consists of the construction of a 40,000 sq.ft, 2-story office and production facility for a publishing company. The building is designed as an expansion to an existing 35,000 sq.ft. facility. The production area requires special ventilation, increase cooling requirements and the flexibility for a changeable floor plan to accommodate the expanding needs of the company.
