Packer Collegiate Institute: Brooklyn, NY
The Institute serves as a school for kindergarten through 12th grade. The campus of buildings includes several significant historic structures including the original school, a parish house, chapel and church. The projects included various items including:
- Replication of historic fixtures in corridors and public spaces
- Restoration of main entrance vestibule including installation of new boiler, hot water, fan-coil units, and cast-iron radiators
- Ventilation system for penthouse gymnasium
- Restoration of chapel and undercroft for additional classrooms including new toilet facilities, new boiler system and distribution and new electric service and distribution.
Our involvement included all plumbing, sprinkler, HVAC, and electrical systems.
