Phelan Apartments
This project consisted of the rehabilitation of 89 public housing apartments for the Troy Housing Authority. The work included Plumbing, Heating and Electrical work consisting of the following: Replacement of plumbing fixtures, valves and water heaters.
Replacement of gas-fired boilers, controls, valves, flues, and fin-tube heating units for one bedroom units. Replacement of gas-fired furnaces, flues, ductwork, registers and controls for the 2, 3, and 4 bedroom units.
Replacement of electrical devices, smoke detectors, light fixtures and miscellaneous branch circuits for all units.
