Siena College, Loudonville NY
Renovation of the 20,000 sf Serra Dining Hall including new HVAC systems, new lighting, power and plumbing distribution to the new servery line. The HVAC system includes a new 40 ton unit with variable speed drive control that coordinates the fan speed with the four variable speed drive grease hood exhaust fans. The power distribution system includes upgrade of the aging systems and new distribution to the servery equipment throughout the dining and servery areas. The lighting system includes low voltage lighting control system with automatic scene control to permit flexible lighting control of the various spaces based on a number of diverse Dining Hall functions. |
