The project involved a 7000 sq. ft., 3-story addition to the existing historic structure.  The HVAC design included humidity-based control of the heating and cooling system. Electrical design includes display and archival lighting for the gallery and record storage spaces.  All utilities were extended to serve the existing attached museum house.  Power, water, sanitary, and gas utility upgrades were provided.
