St. Peter's Medical Office Building
The Mercy Campus Center Medical Office Building at St. Peter's Hospital consists of a 4-story, 100,000 sq.ft. office building for medical examinations, treatment and analyses uses.
Quantum Engineering Company provided the mechanical system outline specifications for a water source heat pump (WSHP) HVAC system. All major equipment’s were size and design parameters established for the sizing of the distribution equipment.
The exhaust requirements for tenant/condo owners were anticipated and duct risers were installed for use as needed. The electrical and plumbing systems were also coordinated for the site utilities services.
