Williams College: Agard Hall Williamstown, MA
Agard Hall was originally constructed in the 1920’s as a fraternity house and was converted to a dormitory in the 1960’s. The 25-student house was in need of upgrade in order to meet the campus standards. A new heating system was installed with individual temperature control is each room, new energy efficiency lights were installed to provide improved lighting levels and improved efficiency. Data, communication, and CATV services were provided for each student room to provide individual network access. New toilet rooms were provided throughout. |
